Conference Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation Policy:
  • If you advise that you are no longer able to attend in person on or before Friday, January 12, 2024, 100% of your accommodation costs will be reimbursed to you. Your conference costs of €250 will be forfeited. Eg. If you paid €525 for a regular double room registration then €275 will be reimbursed.
  • If you advise that you are no longer able to attend after January 12, 2024 and on or before February 15, 2024, 50% of your accommodation costs will be reimbursed to you but you will forfeit the conference costs of €250 and 50% of your accommodation costs. Eg. If you paid €525 for a regular double room registration then €137.5 will be reimbursed.
  • For cancellations after Thursday, February 15, 2024 no refunds will be available.
