Conference Cancellation Policy:
- For in-person registrations at Sarajevo:
- We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance and book flights that can be cancelled with a refund to you. EFN takes no responsibility for reimbursement of travel costs. In the highly unlikely event that EFN needs to cancel Bridge, we will provide a letter explaining that the event was cancelled to support your insurance claim.
- If you advise that you are no longer able to attend in person on or before August 31, 2022, your registration will be converted to the online registration and your registration payment minus 125€ will be reimbursed to you. Eg. If you paid 475€ for a single room registration then 350€ will be reimbursed.
- If you advise that you are no longer able to attend in person on or after September 1, 2022 and before and on September 9, 2022, your registration will be converted to the online registration and your registration payment minus 135€ will be reimbursed to you. Eg. If you paid 500€ for a single room registration then 365€ will be reimbursed.
- Cancellations after September 9, 2022 will be converted to an online registration. No refund will be available.
- For online registrations:
- No cancellations or refunds are available.
- In the highly unlikely event that EFN cancels the online conference, your online registration fee will then be refunded.
